Construction projects are inherently risky environments where work accidents can have severe consequences. Occupational Safety and Health (K3L) orientation or safety training plays a crucial role in increasing workforce awareness and understanding of the risks associated with the construction environment. This research aims to explore and analyze the proactive role of K3L orientation in preventing work accidents in construction projects. By examining the effectiveness of K3L orientation programs, this study provides valuable insights into how proactive safety measures can significantly reduce the incidence of work accidents in the construction sector. The implications of these findings can inform the development of further strategies to enhance occupational safety and health practices in construction projects.
